Congratulations on your pregnancy!!
With all three of my pregnancies, I noticed that I tended to get nauseated when I was hungry or tired. To avoid that, I tried to take naps during the day and go to bed at a decent hour. I also had snacks that I could keep in my purse so that if I got hungry, I had something right there to snack on.

When I was pregnant with my son, pretzels seemed to help nausea. I hate pretzels normally but I wouldn't get out of bed without eating a few while I was pregnant.
Another thing I did was drink lots of water. I was weird and ginger made me sick so I couldn't drink ginger ale and stuff like everyone told me to.
Another thing was lots of naps. I only slept about 5 or 6 hours at night and then took two naps during the day. I suppose that probably isn't very practical with other children at home, though.
