yes. i have taken cared of three dogs in the past and taking care of another one now. they all eat grass but not much. i asked my veterinarian about this matter. and she said it's just natural for dogs to do so and there's nothing to worry about it. she says that dogs usually eat grass when they are having stomach problems. and so, i do let my dogs eat grass when they want to.

Usually they'll throw up soon after eating the grass. At least all of my dogs have. It's usuallly that yellowish bile type stuff with some white foam mixed in. I've always heard that as well, it's when they're tummy is upset. My cats do it too, and they also throw up after eating it. Don't you usually feel better when you're sick and you throw up? :)

yep. most of the time, they throw up. maybe the grass helps them throw up what was causing them upset stomach.

It is narural for dogs to eat grass. It helps out their digestive system when it is not at its best. Do not worry about this ... it is all good.

They eat that... sticky, hairy grass (if you know what I mean :}), when they "bath" themselves, by licking to their fur, they swallow their hairs and then they have problems with stomach acids. That specific grass helps them to throw up hair balls :}
Every dog does that, it's a part of their nature :}

yes i know the reason. its because when they have stomach upset they tend to eat grass which acts as a herb for dogs & cats.

I don't have a dog but my Holocaust teacher at school once got off subject and we ended up talking about dogs. She said that her mom has a small dog, not a labrador because those aren't small, but I don't know what. Anyways, she said that it eats grass all the time. She said it's a weird dog, and it also eats it's own poop. ewww.. but at least you are not the only one with a dog that eats grass lol.
