how many times do you pray in one day?

I pray as I woke up and before i go to sleep.

I prayed the longest before going to sleep. During daytime, I prayed upon waking up and before meals.

I don't pray as a rite....I think that is not necessary to feel God inside...but i respect those who need to pray.
