Cyberpowerpc - reliable site for computers?

I was browsing the cyberpowerpc website and they seem to have pretty decnet pricing for good quality laptops... but i looked on resellerratings.com and they had pretty bad reviews. Has anyone had expereinces with cyberpower? are the computer decent?
