jx34me I woudl highly recommend Yoga vs Pilates - Pilates seems more exercise focused whereas Yoga is great exercise but helps you focus on breathing and relaxing into poses (especially if you choose a medatative yoga vs. exercise yoga class)

jx34me Strangely enough I REALLY like the MTV yoga DVD's but they are more intermediate Advanced Yoga technique. The Sarah Ivanhoe videos are pretty good as well. You may want to check out http://www.collagevideo.com it's a GREAT website to preview workout videos...

I overhead a woman at my local yoga studio say that she does Yoga with a yoga Podcast on her Ipod - she left before I could ask her where she downloaded them. Anyone here have any suggestions?

For me it'e got to be honey i washed the kids, i'm down to half a bottle now and find myself struggling to use it, cause when it's gone it's gone. There may be other perfumes made, but i do so adore that sickly sweet honey toffee...

jx34me i think the tricky thing abotu illusion knitting is that the pattern is complicated so you have to concentrate on knitting and not be distracted by other things 9music, movies, television etc)

jx34me actually i find charts sometimes confusing.. so i prefer written out instructions where i can highlight by rows what i've completed.

jx34me It's where you knit a pattern and using purls and knits you create a hidden pattern within your scarf that is only visible from certain angles... it's really cool - but takes a some concentration to do... hope this helps!

jx34me I saw this last night and posted in the biofresh thread here... looks like a great deal... as for the freezing - ihear you ARE NOT supposed to freeze biofresh because it kills all of the enzymes which are the reason biofresh work!
