Yoga Podcasts?

I overhead a woman at my local yoga studio say that she does Yoga with a yoga Podcast on her Ipod - she left before I could ask her where she downloaded them. Anyone here have any suggestions?

What are things you can get in the US that you cant in the UK?

so i am in training class this week and keep nodding off... what tips do you guys have for staying awake? Caffeine does not work for me... i can chug soda and coffee and it doesntmuch work for me... any other ideas?

so yesterday my car stereo quit working - no big deal right? WRONG! I never realized how much i depend on the ability to be able to listen to the radio/Ipod when i drive... not only for entertainment but for news and traffic info....
