Running Music...

I like china music the life most loves

i would most probally say.....songs that have alot of beat to them...such as house songs..or songs that you most enjoy and get you into that feel good mood..that will help you run that extra mile

I only listen to country music, but pretty much anything fast paced works for me. Anything slow makes me want to stop and rest. lol If it's something upbeat I like to run along with the music.

Anything that's upbeat. Preferably dance music.

Anything with a fast beat, mainly of Christian sort. Especially if it is LOUD! I like Skillet and Hawk Nelson, along with Demon Hunter. I accasionally listen to Linkin Park and Good Charlotte.

I love music, but in 30 years have never listened to music while running. It is simply 'way' to dangerous. You can't hear cars coming if you are running on the side of the road and on the bike path you can't here bikes or their warning bells. Some people are just out of control on their bikes. A pedestrian in my city was actually killed on the pathway by someone speeding on his 10-speed. And the pedestrian was not even running or listening to music. Just be really aware what is going on around you if you run with music. Or maybe at least keep the music low enough so you can hear other sounds.

I don't listen to music while I run.
