starlol in my own opinion...running in the morining might not sound like a good idea when you hear your alarm clock go off at the eraly hours of the morn..bt once you are up and off its not that bad and running in the morning is the best way to pump early moring...

starlol i would most probally say.....songs that have alot of beat to them...such as house songs..or songs that you most enjoy and get you into that feel good mood..that will help you run that extra mile

starlol i usually name my cats according to thier personalitie trait.as my newst addition to the family is always venturing around the neighbourhood in curiosity..so i named him george..after the cartoon character monkey curious george....
