Nearly one month I have been in a state of tiredness and depression because of big burden of work, so I try to cheer up. I make an one-hour sleep during the day, watch my favorate TV program to relax myself, have a party with my friends,or even have a lazy day, but it doesn't change a lot. My friend advice me to take some invigorant---many of them have done it.They say it's necessary for a middle-aged person. but I like running, it makes me sweat and relax, I can't keep dong it just because I have no time in the morning, I have to leave home at 7:20 to work. Do you have some advice?

I do feel that running can help you if you are feeling depressed because it takes your mind off of things that are making you feel down. The more active you are and the more time you spend out of your home will definitely be very helpful to you. There are other ways of dealing with depression but the one thing my therapist and doctors told me was not to spend too much time inside your home. We all need to get out and do things.

in my own opinion...running in the morining might not sound like a good idea when you hear your alarm clock go off at the eraly hours of the morn..bt once you are up and off its not that bad and running in the morning is the best way to pump early moring endodorphines into the brain so it will most definatley help with depression..ive done ths...for the same reason and ive had amazing results..the run in the morn keeps me feeling fresh and a awke the whole day and its a great way to get yor meatbolism going!!
