jx34me I woudl highly recommend Yoga vs Pilates - Pilates seems more exercise focused whereas Yoga is great exercise but helps you focus on breathing and relaxing into poses (especially if you choose a medatative yoga vs. exercise yoga class)

I bought some cloth and joined them with the old ones to make a bed sheet and a pillow. I also sew some short pants and give it to my neighbors. I repaired some of the old clothes of my neighbor - The stitches are broken.
