What is your new project in sewing?

I make mainly messenger bags for myself and those in my life, so my next project is a messenger bag for my sister's birthday. I just need to go to the fabric store soon. That's the best part about sewing: shopping for the fabric! :o)

I am currently working on sewing up some shamronck shorts for a new friend of mine who lives in Texas. They are actually for her little boy. I also have a pair of jammie pants that I am sewing up for a little guy who is about 15 months old. They are really soft red flannel! Need some of those myself!!

Great stuff. I am redoing stuff in my house. I get so bored with the stuff I see in the stores I found a great semiorintal print and I love it. I have gone a little crazy with it. I made a comforter for my bed out of it. then went back and got some more last night I made a shower curtain to match. And I'm going to sew strips of it on my towels. People always ask about my stuff. when i tell them how easy it is. they just don't believe it But they do love it. In my mind I am already on my next project. I have a bunch of old rock concert t-shirts I am going to make a quilt out of them. I have already had offers to sell it. And it just in my mind. I do need more shirts. see ya

I cheat when it comes to sewing... i mainly make altered tees - im in the process of making a georgetown tee to wear to the next game i go to...

I'm working on a kaleidoscope quilt right now and I also recently bought some botanicals so I've been making sachets too. :-)

well right now i am working on sewing a pillow out of some fabric that my grandmother gave to me it has a carosel horse and it is the perfect size to make a big fluffy pillow i would like to eventually try to make my own bed sheets and pillow cases and comforter the only problem is that right now i simply do not have the time to dedicate to sewing all of that stuff right now and i do not have my own sewing machine so trying to sew it with a needle and thread will take forever for me to finish

I've just found a good skirt pattern I want to make it's just a matter of finding the right fabric now. I wanted to make it in Black first then try in different colours and patterns.

I'm trying to use up all my scraps I've been hoarding and making a new quilt out denim and corduroy peices. I sewed them in a diamond pattern and there will be differnt clour frames around that, I think i'll to find more fabric big enought to go around the whole thing.
