Will wearing a hat all the time lead to baldness?

I get the idea that it does. It seems like most men who wear hats all the time are bald. Any thoughts?

I suppose there could be some truth to it, but I always thought they wore hats BECAUSE they were bald. My 4th grade teacher would always wear one when we went outside. Didn't want his head getting sunburnt, ya know? So there's that and perhaps to HIDE the fact that they're bald or balding.

maybe there are a lot of bald men who wear hats. but i think is becuase they wear hats because they are bald not that the hats made them bald. baldness is caused by other factors than wearing a hat. usually it's becuase the have some dificienties of the skin on their head. and it can be treated.

I think there is some truth to it because it doesn't let the air get to your head. Something about circulation to your head and wearing hats. My nephew is very young (toddler) and was wearing hats all the time. His hair wasn't growing hardly at all and he had thin spots.

There might be some truth to this, but most bald men are wearing hats to hide their baldness, I would think.
