Is this the correct way to say "Do Alexis and Hope like to play outside?"

Are you asking if they like to play outside or making a statement that they like to play outside? For a statement drop the do.

You are absolutely correct the way you have it worded. Think of it this way: They (Alexis and Hope) do like to play outside."

Hmmm I think that it sounds right. If I had to change something, I would make it : "Do Alexis and Hope like playing outside?"
