Chicken only somewhat I do not like meat. Chicken is rated as a very good source of protein, providing 67.6% of the daily value for protein in 4 ounces. The structure of humans and animals is built on protein. We derive our amino acids from animal and plant sources of protein, then rearrange the nitrogen to make the pattern of amino acids we require.

Chicken is meat. Do you mean beef?
Both are good for you, they both have protein. Beef has more iron. Chicken will have a little less fat if you take the skin off.
Also, you could try pork. They've made it so that pigs now don't have a lot of fat, pork can be very lean. (Make sure to trim the fat off the edges of the chops!)

I don't eat non-vegetarian food.
I want you to advise friendly that
Try to be a vegetarian, this can also help you keeping yourself fit and healthy.
Though it's none of my business to advise you but
I thought you would be more strong ethically.
Don't you think it's the killing of some poor living being,
when you it the non-veg.
Forgive me if I am hurting you some way.
I am kind of animal lover.
