My earnings went down but my number of posts are still the same?

i'm with you on that i just dont understand this whole thing! i know yesterday i was like at $.24 and i wrote on like 10 topics and i only got $.06 to make me at $.30 how do we know what we will get? is it like for every leter we type we get so much or is it for how long we type for? i really just dont get it. but maybe as far as you are conserned maybe they are going down on what they pay us? i really dont know sorry i was not any help!

yikes that is not good. Do we get paid for the responses or the post. I of course do not have any earnings but would like to know how this works? Sorry you were sick.

This has been happening to everyone, I think mylot is having a good clear out at the moment. So until they have done all that, we will find that the earnings are going down, I wouldn't worry to much.

My lot is the best forum i have ever seen . they are honest and prompt and also evaluate the postings. now what would have happened to you is that they evaluate the postings at intervals and make the adjustments. As some body has told here they paid extra last month. But my worry is whether they would be able to continue the payments like now once their membership goes above a lack or more. But i feel this is the best site. all other site where instant earnings are shown are all closed or become funny looking jackpot forums like DUNO or pay poster. web master forum is the only other i have seen reasonable but still lags behind my-lot. you have here good members and quality postings. I got very useful information here and it was nice to earn that way while widening my horizon of knowledge.

That's what happened to me. My earning average was down although I posted the same number or more posts. If it is quality discussion then why my star is up from 8 to 9? I posted a lot of long responses, not only 2 lines. If I did then I usually add comments as additional, so overall it wasn't short posting and the comments didn't add to my number. I've heard some people said myLot wasn't really a good site but at the time I was new and didn't believe them, but I guess they are right. I will leave this site at the end of the month and will let my friends know before I go, just to make it fair for them.

I had the same thing happen to me. I lost $11.00 and was really upset. Mylot doesn't even tell you why. So, I don't have a clue what is going on anymore on this site. Sorry you lost earnings too. Blessings, M&M

I have not experienced this on this site. Have you writen to the one running the site? Maybe they gave you too much money in error and fixed it. Then again they could have made a mistake taking the money and they will put it back in a day. Write them and let them know you know. I keep track of all that I do on line. I write down each and every little thing to make sure that I am getting credit for every thing I do.

I have a question opposite of yours, despite not logging in MyLot for 3 days due to my projects, I have managed to up my earnings by more than 1 dollar. I am trying to clarify what has been happening, my posts were the same, but my earnings increased. It am suspecting if my previous responses are the cause of all this increment. I think that as people rate us, our earnings will fluctuate between up, or down based on the ratings. I hope that is just a myth, because I am worrying if one day, someone were to rate me down because I did not agree, or answer the way they want, my earnings will drop gradually. Morever, I think if we were to offend someone unintentionally, they will try all cause to rate us negatively. That is what I seem to be concern about now. What say you?

Mine went dowen one day also if they are going to penalise us shouldt they at least inform us why??someone said it is if somone reported an answer !if they ask a question they should be prepared for an answer they dont agree with or even like this is an oppen forum and all oppinions should be welcomed even ones we may dissagree with dont you think?

Sorry to hear that you were sick. Glad that you are back. Management has been tinkering with the earnings like they tend to do from time to time. Their algorithm thingy that changes often went through and did its thing. So earnings were adjusted. Just the way it works. I keep track of day to day earnings and calculate averages and this is nothing new. I ended up pretty good. Am glad. Am sad for the ones where it went down. The responses must be more like your discussion opener here to keep a consistent higher earnings. Good luck with this and I hope to see more things from you!!

Yes mine went down about 20 cents. I don't understand.

That stinks to be sick and come back to find you've lost some earnings. I wouldn't worry it's just the cleanup of bad posts I think. Mylot has told us our earnings will fluctuate until the time they actually pay us. It's that "secret algorithm" that they use...lol They don't always take money away.. sometimes they add it. I ended up with about 12.00 or so more all of a sudden just before the last payout. Now that was a nice suprise.. hang in there we may get it figured out someday..lol

hey friend, dont worry about it, as you can see there are around 69000 user on mylot, so on every day all those memebrs have someupdation in their earnings, may somewhat less or more, but mylot people have to do this for every user , so you really can imagine how lengthy and tidious work is this, so as it is getting done by some peopel there, so at daily updation there you amy find some changes like less or more in balance, but when mylot will process your final payout, your earning will be finaaly updated again, so be happy, and best luck!!!

some time it happenes with anyone because it a natural that anyone from us can be sick but don't worry do work more in next few days and compete others. And your concern wit posts it can be update in next day because system is workin quiet properly an defficiently.
