Should a girl invite a man to be her Valentines date?

hi aslygirl! Maybe I was really born decades ago and I can say it's hard for me to do that and with our filipino culture in mind we are not that expert to do that lol! But with the modern ways and innovative technology it is not impossible for the new breed of maria claras to do that as long as they will make the approach not so aggresive. why not? I say don't wait for things to happen to you, take charge, if you like someone ask them out, i've done it, and trust me the guy was more nervous than i was, guys are human too you know, its a misconception that only guys are supposed to ask you out.
