What's the secret

Ok, so what am i doing wrong. I'm new to this and kinda just skating by the seat of my pants, but i post a discussion and only get one or two responses, then it becomes a dead discussion, no more activity. What's the secret that i haven't yet figured out to get a duscussion to at least live a bit of a longer life. Please respond in kind.

Well I know what you mean. Well all I can say is make sure you post quality discussion that attract people and it will also be a good idea to make some friends here you can support you and vice versa.
Also make sure you add tags that can help other users and can get them to your discussions and also try to categorize your discussions so that users who share a similar interest as you can answer them with ease.

I think the key to having lots of responses is to invite lots of people to be your friends. Then they will be emailed when you start a new discussion and will be more likely to respond.
