I would love to have a llama for a pet - they are cute, very friendly and tame and would provide great wool for me to knit into soft, gorgeous jumpers.

Llama? That's pretty unusual. =) I agree that they are very friendly and tame. =) I just hope that aren't high maintenance. =)

I would have to choose a dog. I have owned dogs for the last 11 years. We used to have cats when I was growing up but I never really took well to them. Dogs seem to be more friendly to me. I can love more on a dog than a cat will allow me to.

I see.. Well, people have preferences. In my case, its the other way around. I'd rather have felines running around in my house than canines barking their lungs off.. =/

WAAAAAAA! I always wanted to have a Himalayan cat as a pet.. =( Only, they are so expensive and they said that their diet really is so selective.. I wish I had a cat like that.. =/

Oh yeah. Seeing dogs and cats grwing up together is really nice. I've seen some pet-owners with a dog and cat living together. That's just so cute. =)

That's the usual response when talking about pets. 'Dogs' has almost been synonymous to 'pets' for quite some time. =) Thanks for responding! =)

Cats too can be taught to be loyal and obedient as dogs. Only, dogs seem to learn quicker than cats. =) Dogs are great too.

I would love to have a cat again. I think they are loving animals but don't take loads of work to look after. Whereas dogs need taking for walks and you have to pick up their poo which I could never do.

Yeah. I think so too. I never was a dog-lover. I always had cats as pets. They are adorable and sweet. And they are low maintenance too. =) Thanks for responding! =)

I would choose a dog. I grew up with one as a kid, so I'm very attached to the idea of having a furry four-legged friend. However, now that I live in the city and don't care for small dogs, I've been loving the idea of getting a flying squirrel. According to what I've read, they are ealy to bond with and can be quite fun and docile.

I see.. Having pets out of the usual is cool. I once had hamsters here in my house. I just like small, furry pets. As of now, I have two cats as pets. They are just adorable! =)

Good for you. I have friends that own dozens of dogs. Sometimes I wonder how he manages to rear them up by his own. Well, pet lovers can do anything when it comes to their pets. =)

Yeah. People's preferences on choosing pets vary vastly. Some may find snakes as 'cute' while some will not consider them as pets.. ever. =) I'll stick with my cats. =)
