how do u maintain a healthy body!in my opinion if our mind is sound then our boody will be healthy!HEALTH IS WEALTH!

Yes..Im too much conscious about my health.I do exercises,play soccer in the evening and eat a balanced diet especially when Im back at home...But in hostel,we dont get that good balanced diet.so I go out once in a while and have something to eat...I dont take much of oily food because I ve too many pimples on my face and body and I know its not that good for the body to take much of oily food....

yup, i also beleive in sound mind and sound body, i srongly feel that if i ma happy and satisfied then i can find my body healthy and fit, if one is very m,uch diest conscious and eating things very calculatively, but menatally disturbed, i dont think that works there to be fit in real sense, so i says to all, be happy all the while, keep smiling!!!

I agree that health is the most valuable thing we have. Without it nothing else is easy to obtain. I try to watch what I eat, not obsessively but try to make good choices. I try to be active, I walk as much as possible and lift weights 3 times a week. When I was younger I thought I was bullet proof and nothing bad could ever happen to me. I now realize that is not the case so I do what I can to stay healthy.

iam not at all consious for my health..i eat anytime anywhere... there is no fix timing for me.... thats true health is wealth..i have sen the people who take care very much for their health get ill easily :)

There is one very simple way to health. Easy to say but difficult to follow. Eat less than full. At meal times fill half of your stomach with food, one quarter with water and leave the other quarter with air. Never snack in between. Another thing. Soon after getting up, drink one and half liters of water and walk for 5 or 10 minutes. Your bowel movement will be smooth, thus avoiding toxin re-absorption and keeping you healthy.
