cheyuta for the present take full rest. Don't strain in anyway. After disk settles down, correct your posture while sitting on chair. Take a break every 10 minutes for a minute or so. start basic and simple yoga exercises. It prevent future problems.

cheyuta Ok! First thing is the chair should support the lower part of the back. Dont stoop. Sit in a comfortable way with natural curvature of spine maintained. Then adjust the chair height so that the keyboard suits typing position.
