There are many fruits of my choice. I like Banana, sugar apple, and grapes. But one thing that I love the most, is a special fruit custard, that mom makes for me. The custard is moderately thick, with low sweetness, and with all the different types of fruits, like apples, oranges, grapes, pomegranate, and others. All the fruits are chopped to small pieces, and added to the custard. Really this fruit custard tastes heavenly, and there I get a mixed taste of all the fruits within.

My favourite fruits are banana, durian and oranges. However, since married to my wife, i started to like mangoes and strawberries too since that are her favourites. Anyway, i do believe that these fruits has it's own nutrition and it's good for all of us to consume them.

Mango, apple, strawberry and grapes.
Fruits are rich in vitamin c and other nutrients so I try to eat one kind of fruit everyday. Fruits boost our immune system and helps to maintain a healthy skin.

Mine is mangoes, too...I'll eat just about anything if it has mango in it...mangoe ice cream, mango lassi, mango yogurt, mango juice, mango halvah, I could go on. I also love those tiny strawberries I used to grow in my garden...those were so good, a thousand times tastier than those you buy in a store. I love clementines, too, and oranges. I don't like apples very much. But I haven't seen a doctor in a very long time (knock on wood).

Yes, fruits are very nutritious.
but the old saying about apples is wrong.
Fruits are mostly seasonal and the plants which grow them are also regional.
So consumption of fruit available in that season and grown in that region are the best for health.
I love all seasonal fruit grown in that region where ever I am stationed due to exigencies of my job.
