Intelligent quotient and Emotional quotient. To lead a happy and harmonious life EQ is more important. Now a days even to land good jobs EQ is tested. Afer all, the days of loners achieving anything are over.It is the group which gets things done. EQ is a measure of your capability to work in a group and ability to avoid conflicts in personal relations.
