What is the correct age for marriage?????

I got shocked that one of my neighbour(female) got married just at the age of 19, she has just completed her 12 th class with her boy friend. I donot the exact reason why she got marriage so soon. Because once you marry you will be engaged into many responsibilities, why to get into such new responsibilities well at the tender age...........
Then what is the correct age for marriage

For me, the right age to get married is 25 (females) and 28 (males). But sadly, I got married at the age of 19. But though I'm happy with my family right now.

I think that if someone is really sure there isn't a problem with them getting married so young. My parents got married young and are about to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary so I don't think it is always the wrong thing to do.
