It's happened to almost everyone - a break-up that's seemingly impossible to recover from. Whether oyu've been together for two months or ten years too long, theres a post relationship limbo you need to survive in order to get on with your life...how is it?

Each situation is different. I would just try to make sure that you take one step at a time and there will be those times that you can still be friends.

breaking up is hard, painful, mind-twsiting even. But we have to perceive it as a stage in our life that we have to go through, like we'll meet someone, have a relationship and eventually that relationship will end into a breakup or a marriage. and since it is just a stage, there will come a day wherein we will be able to forget the pain.

I've done it the unhealthy way, I just immediately would jump into another relationship, you know-trade a loser for another loser. The last breakup I had before I met my husband, I focused on myself and my friendships. I'd get a new haircut, exercise, do things I never had time to do when I was in a relationship, go out clubbing with friends, buy mindless reading magazines like Cosmo, and do retail therapy (shopping). It was a bitter pill to swallow-being alone-but being alone is better than being unhappy with some guy.
