copper or magnetic bracelet

does anyone here use the copper or magnetic bracelets that you can buy to ease stiff joints if so do they work?

I have bought one after getting advice from some friends. Have read that you need to wear it for more than 3 days before the bracelet takes effect. Will response to you after a few days.
