ssshjah I have heard people speaking Portuguese when I was in Timor Leste. There were Brazilian there. However, the locals spoke of the bastardised Portuguese. I have not thought of learning the language yet.

ssshjah I have learn the language before. It is not that difficult. Use Pinyin method, it teaches you to pronounce using English Language. It's the best way to learn the language.

ssshjah I truly agree with you that drugs too should be banned. Most Governments spend a lot of money to fight drugs.

ssshjah Maybe places like Vegas or Monaco strive because of the gambling activities but is it morally right to live off income from vice activities? The governing authorities could switch to other activities such as tourism to create income.
