I would like to learn to make Korean food. Recently a friend of mines made a meal for my friends and I. It was really nice, there was so much stuff, I only know the name of a few dish Ohm rice, kimchi, seaweed soup.
Does anyone have any korean dish recipe they could share with me?
I've had bibam bap at korean restaurant before.

Hi, I have an ultra-simple recipe; don't be deceived, this tastes great! I make it regularly.
I take a pack of fresh (!) thick asian style noodles and soften them in hot water (rinse after to get rid of the excess water) and a small pack of premade (fresh) kimchi. About 200g of fresh noodles and as much kimchi as you'd like to suit your tastes.
Heat the kimchi up in a flat pan (at medium heat) till it's quite soft and translucent, then stir through the prepared noodles and let it cook through for a few minutes.
That's it! It's open to a lot of variations. While not very Korean, I almost always stir through some grated mozerella cheese.
No need for herbs or spices, the kimchi has it all really. I live in Korea so these ingredients are readily available fresh for me, get the freshest you can. I know it seems too simple, just two or three ingredients but you won't be disappointed, very healthy and tatses great.
