Have you ever turned a simple thing such as a regular package of noodles into a wonderful, healthy and fulfilling meal? I just made some noodles and i added fresh broccoli and carrots with a couple of eggs and wow what a masterpiece .... LOL! I guess i thought i would share because it is healthy and only takes about 10 minutes tops whne your veggies are chopped finely enough!!

I've tried your creation, and I must admit its pretty good, I really enjoyed it, it was a great idea and easy to make too, I think the next time I try it I might try a cheese sause over it to mix it up a little bit
I havent tried it yet because it was good as is, but I'm addicted to trying new things so I'm going to have to make adjustments to see what we can do with your creation lol

Yes~ you can make lots of good healthy dishes with noodles or rice. I often times will save the leftover or extra plain noodles and freeze them for another dish a few days later. They are also great just to throw into soups for a heartier fare.
Sounds like you have some tasty meals at your house.

Actually yes i get alot of compliments from family and friends that are over and have supper with us!!! I tend to go for taste and i always make sure that it is good as i woud not feed something to someone that i would not eat myself!!! Unless you know i wasn't too fond of them ... LOL!! That was just a joke by the way!!!

My family prefers rice - I am the only noodlehead! I LOVE noodles and yours sounds yummy. Saturday night is take away (take out) night and while they're having McDonals or Hungry Jacks (Burger King) or pizza, I always order noodles from the local Noodle Café. YUM! It's what I'm having tonight:)
Last week we went to a Korean restaurant here in Melbourne and I had sweet potato noodles with beef and vegetables. I asked for some chilli in there too and it was YUM! The noodles themselves were made from sweet potato. I'd never heard f them before but they were great!

I like noodles. I always make sure to add some veggies and egg with the noodles to make it a healthy. But I never add broccoli with noodles. my favourite veggi to add with noodles are cabbage and carrot. And ofcourse I add some onion in it.

I like the quick receipes with the Italian pasta noodles. Fettucine with cream and smoked salmon takes seconds. So does rigatonei with tomato paste, cream and roasted peppers. yum.

That is a great idea. Actually, I like it, and I am sure that my sister will too, once I tell her, because she likes to use those same ingredients. I actually prefer something that is easy to make, so I usually do the same thing, take a very bland thing, and make it into something spectacular, and it always makes me feel good too. Good job.

That sounds really yummy. But, it would be great only with tomato ketchup. Will try making this sometime over the weekend. Thank you very much for sharing the recipe.

I have never tried turning a package of noodles into anything else but the noodles but from what you just posted I may have to start trying as what you made sounds pretty good. I love eggs and also try to eat broccoli and carrots quite a bit as well as those very healthy for a person. That is not a long time to prepare.

Oh yes I have turned a packet of noodles into a meal with adding egg, tomato, spinach, you can do this with noodles which is great it does not take too long to make a meal especially when it has to do with noodles, and it can be very healthy for you as well.

Everything I cook is about taking something simple and making it healthy. We always have fresh vegetables with our meals, and they are always aw or steamed - never fried or cooked in oil or butter. Healthy meals are a LOT easier to cook than unhealthy ones!
