I am a web designer and I can't see an advantages of using frames in a site. There are plenty of disadvantages. My advice to you would be to try every other possible alternative to frames before you use them.

It is good for navigation control, but bad for developping and debugging.

I agree with George. If you need an example just look to your left, do you see how the left side remains the same but the right side changes? Well, if they wanted to change this or had a problem with the page, they can't simply look at the source code of a particular page and start correcting problems or updating right away. If you have a page right now, it is easy to make changes. If you implement frames, it will take you twice as long to update the page. You can try and Iframe, which is much like I am typing in right now. I would advise you do some trial and error to discover what works best. Go to www.w3.org/ you will learn about frames and more. Since W3 are leaders in design and more, you can't go wrong by visiting them. Good-luck.

Hello rajeshthakur02, I really don't like frames. Now most webmasters don't use frames, but replace them with tables. In my opinion there aren't any advantages of using frames... There're only disadvantages for me. Besides some browsers don't work with frames - that's why you should to use tables.
