Less developed Countries / myLot

Is it true that Africa has the poorest Countries? And that African Countries should remain poor so that the developed Countries remain at the core??

No ,its the only tales,yeah i accept it that if any for any poor country to be developed it is very hard but not impossible.....and if political matters can be taken in the account then it may be true

I think that all coutnries should share their wealth and the resources that we have. it is unfair that just because we are born into a rich country that we can succeed more than those in other countries.
