I think you are mistaken in understanding about the word and feeling as "LOVE."
It's beyond your contole to go for or to stop the love.
The love is a phenomenon, which occuers in your life without your permission or even without a prior notice there on.
One finds himself/herself in love when already has fallen in this heaven.
Ofcourse it's painful to sustain if a break comes in between but still this love doesn't end as such, only this gets obstructed by excessive demands or expectations and a disappointment there on.
If love results in a success it's more than heaven,
but when it faces a hurdle, you are just unfortunate.
Wish you meet your love again some where on the next milestone in the life.

I think Better have love & lost then not to love. If you don't love u'll never know how it felt to be in love!.

I think it is better to have loved and lost, at least you have experienced some happiness. I know it can bring pain as well, but there are always good times to look back on, which you wouldn't have if you hadn't have had the relationship in the first place.

It is much better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all, although you may feel pain over the loss, there is no joy in life without pain. All life experiences are supposed help us to grow and adapt ourselves to the world and this includes the experiences of love. So to love is just part of what we are all here to do.
