Women should have a choice whether they stay at home or work.
What happened to equality??? There are women out there who can balance both. Just because a woman chooses to work doesn't mean she stops being a good homemaker.

Coming from a country where women are treated equally with men, I disagree that women shouldn't work. I am a woking mother, not only does my family benefit from it. It helps with the household expenses. We should be open to the changes that is brought about by time. Women are not considered as servers anymore but an equal partner, who has a vital function and responsibility. This is not limited to her family, but to the society as well. Treat your woman right, and she will give you the best. What kills our emotions is lack of understanding and sensitivity to other people.

I think there are some arguement for women staying at home. With both partners working it is still just as hard to pay the bills as we just demand more and more for our houses.
Also kids are suffering for not being brought up by their mothers I think.
There would also be less unemployed people if women weren't looking for jobs as well as men.
However as I women I would have to say that I enjoy working and it gives me a purpose in life. Being at home with my children makes me feel down sometimes as I have nothing in my life for myself.
Everyone has a right to work if they want to, perhaps we should be asking the question on whether it is better if one person works in the family or two rather than specifying that it is the women that stays at home.
