Yes, this usually happens with me everytime when I go for shopping.
I am very weak at this point, if I go for shopping for some specific things, I could never come back without purchasing some other extra things.
Not only this, many a times it happens with me that, I visited shopping mole without any intention to buy somehting, but I always ended with buying something.
I heard people saying that, girls can't live without doing shopping. I think its opposite in my case.

If a company had to depend on me as a compulsive shopper for their profit, they would soon be out of business.
Before I go into a store I already know what I need, what the sale price is(as I buy on sale items and staock up)and the aproximate total cost of my purchases.I have my trip thru the store all planned out as I do not like crowds or shopping so the faster the better. This works well as my g/f loves to shop and I stay in the car and read while she goes in to get her stuff.

i thought men didnt like shopping lol. me , i could live in the shops . i often come home with bags of stuff but i do bring things back if i really dont like them . i get as much pleasure from buying for my daughters as i do for myself. i quite often hide the booty and dont bring it out for a while . then do the age old trick of saying .. oh i got that months ago , do you not even remember the night i wore it. he has copped on to me though and he just gives me a "look" as if to say .. liarrr. moi?never.

I often go in for one or two things and end up buying loads more. Supermarkets are designed to be like that, to tempt you into buying lots of things.
Maybe it is better to shop on the internet as you would only buy stuff you really want. I expect it would be worth paying the delivery charge as I would save more than that by not actually going into the shop.

Yes, sometimes. I am usually able to stick to my initial list, but sometimes I end up coming out with more than what I had planned.
I have to say that the impulsive buyer in the family is my husband.. he prefers not to make a list and then ends up bringing much more things than what was needed - often forgetting the things that got in shopping in the first place LOL

I do this all of the time. I often go to the shops for just a carton of milk and I will come home with cakes and crisps and a load of other stuff which I didn't need. It's the same when I go to the supermarket. I keep shopping until the trolley is full and then when I come home I have to look for somewhere to put everything. I think I should let my husband do the shopping, although I don't think he would be much better.
