A good *free* resouce is www.fitday.com It has a food diary feature, so you can log your calories and it also has a exercise log feature. It also makes charts and suggests calorie ranges to stick to based on your weight loss goal. Another one that used to be free and was very good is www.dietwatch.com I don't know how much it costs now, but i would be shocked if it was over $30.

Have you tried ediets.com? My mom used them a couple years ago and she had great success. When she used it it was only 15 dollars a month. You also might check ivillage.com because they have many links to online weight loss groups. Hope this helps!

I've been using an online program that costs $9 a month. www.myfooddiary.com. Basically, you log what you eat and your exercise. The format is easy, you can look up foods to get their calorie content, and they have a pre-fabbed exedrcise log where you can guesstimate at the calories burned. The discussion forums are fantastic and one of the members there was featured in People Magazine's 'Half Their Size" issue in January. I HIGHLY recommend this site - it's not a quick fix but a great lifestyle evaluator. I've been using this religiously since August and have taken and kept off 20 pounds. A free site kind of similar to this is www.sparkpeople.com but I haven't tried it yet. A friend joined last week. HTH
