Is computer harm your eyes?

No,if you use it correctly, i think that it is not a big problerm. i usally have a rest ater using it about 1 hours.If you worry about it, you had better buying a LCD screen.

well i think it all depends on you ! how you use the computer and for the time period what else you do ! i will explain you taking my example ! i work on computer for around 6-7 hrs but see i concentrate more on my work not on computers ! at the same time i take a break or do other stuff in between also ! so my eyes are without specs and it is fine !

The computer is damaging for the eyes because of the rays issued by the screen: it is not necessary to be much hours in front of the computer without a protection

ya its true monitor is harmful to our eyes and they r also harmful to the our spinal cord as if we always try to see monitor very closely

Yes computer harms your eyes if you use it for long time at a stretch you have to take a break and take off your eyes from the screen otherwise you can suffer from dry eyes, and visions problems.

yes it is harmful because of the radiation that monitors release so you need to use a monitor screen to lessen the effect of the radiation. you also need to relax your eyes after looking at a monitor for some hours to lessen the strain on your eyes.

Not only I feel but also as a Doctor I know that long hours on computer will affect your vision badly. You can delay it by adjusting your monitor at lower brightness & contrast. Also use radiation filter screen on your monitor.

Yes, sometimes my eyes harm but only when I stay sit down here a lot of time and when Im sleep. I dont have any problem with my vision and I dont want have. therefore I have to stay here less time.
