arunpat2002 Never use Norton. Use may be macfee. But what I use is 1.Ad Aware Pro 2.Ad Watch Pro 3.Nod32 & 4.Win XP Manager. Except 4th keep all SWs updated weekly. You will become more than happy. You will get all those software free on mentioned...

arunpat2002 Not only I feel but also as a Doctor I know that long hours on computer will affect your vision badly. You can delay it by adjusting your monitor at lower brightness & contrast. Also use radiation filter screen on your monitor.
