Rosa-- Liked your deployment article and I feel your pain....I'm not a military wife, but my husband just left for a 10 month stay in Australia. Though he will not be in the danger your husband faces, I will still be crazy here without him. I know it doesn't help you miss him any less or worry any less, but I thought you should know that some of us do appreciate what our soldiers are doing over there and the sacrfices their families make here. Rosa, I hope your article about the man in the cardboard box is read by many people. Have you thought about writing a book? Maybe you could talk to other people who've had such experiences. Hi. I just read some of your articles. I really liked them so I went ahead and subscribed. I subscribed to several other links that people had posted as well. Now my husband is really going to think I spend too much time sitting right here! LOL Anyway, I just started writing on AC a couple weeks ago. I've only submitted 4 articles so far and only the first two have been published. I submitted the other two this week. I do plan on writing many more, though. I would post the link on here, but for some reason I always seem dyslexic when I try to put a link in. :) Soon I will have 500 posts and won't have to worry.
