childrens eating chocolates

My childrens are eating too much of chocolates,but doctors advices not to take. can we give them homemade chocolates. Please give me the receipe to make chocolates at home.

Or you can try these ones, I have and they both turned out different in taste but very edible.
Compound Milk Chocolate
480g Icing Sugar
220g Full Cream Milk Powder
220g Cocoa Powder
220g Hardened Vegetable fat (ie Pumpkin Oil, Copha etc)
1-2 drops Lecithin
Weigh and combine all the ingredients into a double saucepan
Gently warm and stir mixture. Please note: if the mixture tastes grity, you can smoothen the mixture by grinding, using a mortar and pestle.
The warm mixture should be smooth and flowing. please note, if the mixture is too thick to pour, add one or two drops of lecithin. Mix well.
Pour mixture into desired moulds and leave to set in a cold environment (15-20.c)
Invert the mould when set to release the chocolate.

Chocolate
250g (1/2lb)Gelatine
1kg (2lb) Cocoa
2 1/2kg (5lb) Honey
500ml (1 pint) Water
Vanilla flavouring
Melt the gelatine in a pint of water, add the honey and warm thoroughly, then add the cocoa.
Flavour with vanilla after it is taken off the stove.
pour into greased dishes or moulds to set.
