Do you like painting? Painting on a canvas, glass painting, nib painting, etc? Whats your favorite among them? Where did you learn it? How often do you do it? I have made many glass paintings, nib paintings, emboss, etc.

sujikka Normaly i do paintings from my childhood.Not only paintings i also do craft works like wall hangings,etc.Now i am interested in glass and fabric paintings. I have done many glass paintings,emboss,fabric paintings.

sujikka Cut down all the fatty,dairy foods. Strictly stick on to fruits and vegetables.Don't eat whenever you like.Go for a regular walk.This would help to reduce your weight.Good luck.
