What is the best food for diet?

I am a chubby like Woman..I dont Want to measure What i am going to eat for meal everyday..so i Want then to eat just a food that Would probably help me stay slim, healthy and fit.

I think it's good to achieve your desired weight and body through a combination of a good diet and an exercise programme. I'd recomment cutting back on fried and deep fried items. Eat lots of fresh fruits, salads without the sauces, drink lots of water and fresh fruit juices. Also consume more healthier food such as sushi, cereals, whole grains and less meat. Spend at least 3 times a week exercising for about 45 minutes each time. Do something you enjoy. Perhaps a sport such as badminton, tennis or basketball. Or go to the gym. You can run on the treadmill, cycle on the stationary bike and lift some weights.

well i think vegetables are suitable for diet, also chicken and fish are pretty good

Cut down all the fatty,dairy foods. Strictly stick on to fruits and vegetables.Don't eat whenever you like.Go for a regular walk.This would help to reduce your weight.Good luck.

heres how i lost a bunch of weight.....i almost comepletely got rid of sugar in my diet, the only sugars i ate were in fresh fruits or orange juice ie. natural sugars. then i replaced my fat intake with protein from things like fresh spinach and cottage cheese. and i lost about ten pounds in a week and a half eating egg white omlets for dinner with fresh veggies and fresh spinach sauteed in them.

I don't think it's just one food. I think it's a combination of foods that you need. If you just eat one food, it'll be pretty boring and not very healthy, so you'll end up just gaining the weight back in the end. What kinds of food do you like? Right now, I am trying the following: breakfast - yoghurt, and a piece of toast with peanut butter lunch - tuna fish sandwich and a cut up orange. dinner - salad first, then whatever I want. I drink a cup of water before lunch and before dinner so that I don't feel as hungry. For me, it's mostly about portion control, as well as trying to cut down on expenses. I'm sure you'll get lots of ideas and you can pick what works best for you.

Do a search on "coconut oil and weight loss." You will find that coconut oil has some interesting properties that help stimulate weight loss. It is true that you need good fat to lose fat. Coconut oil is one of the best fats out there. Just substituting coconut oil for margarine, butter and lesser oils in your cooking will make a big difference.
