Just don't touch it. There are some pimple jels that are available in the market that can get rid of pimples overnight. Give it a shot.

I usually find that my bad skin is due to my diet. I get them if I eat a lot of chocolate for a start.
My skin is best if I eat mainly fruit and vegetables in my diet instead of a lot of fatty foods. Dairy is particularly bad.

I see. In my case, I tend to have oily skin whenever I eat peanuts.. Weird. =/

I was reading up on this just recently. The article I read said to apply ice, which helps to shrink the swelling. Do not try to pop the blemish by applying pressure since it can actually pop below the skin and cause additional infection. You can apply fancy creams from the store but they contain the equivalent of aspirin in them. Just crush an aspirin and make a paste with the crushed aspirin and water. Apply that to the blemish to speed the healing.
Diet is important, plenty of fresh fruits like oranges, fresh vegetables and eight glasses of water a day to flush the toxins from your body and to keep it hydrated.
Going to a dermatologist will only cost more money and they believe in drying out your skin if it is oily and mositurizing it if it is dry. So bath well, wash your hands before touching your face, since your pick up bacteria from surfaces that you touch, and watch your diet and get plenty of water. Simple and it works!

I have also read that proper diet and not eating too much oily foods reduce the risk of developing pimples.. And peanuts too. =)

Sorry to hear that you have this problem because I have had them for quite a while now. The best thing that you can do it less them (not finish them) is to drink as much water as you can (atleast 2 litres a day), face your face with a face-wash atleast thrice a day and eat a healthy diet.
I mean what I say, you try it yourself and you will see the difference yourself atleast it has done some good for me. Hope this helps you out.

I drink lots of water everyday. Maybe the climate here in the Philippines contributed to this. Well, I'm glad I only had one LOL

If you don't have anti-acne creams, put toothpaste on them at night before you go to bed at night.

Toothpaste? I think that makes sense.. I read somewhere that menthol reduces the swelling of pimples.. I'll try that one time.

Lipstick on pimples? hehe.. Of course I'll only try it when I'm home! I don't want people to mistaken me for a clown without a circus. LOL
