losing weight

working out is the best way to lose weight, not by taking pills or slimming medicines. its good for the heart and enhances stamina..

Thats true, but its really hard to maintain especially for a couch potato like me...I hope one day I'd feel like exercising to make myself fit, strong and healthy...

i agree with you, it's really hard to follow a strict exercise routine... i want to get slimmer, but i don't exercise. hehe. so what do i expect. :-)

hmmmm loosing weight.... There are lots of options.... first u can go for morning walk and also for jogging, second u can join some gym, third i believe doing even domestic work thats cooking food and also cleaning house should be able to sweat us out. fourth is to have lemon and honey juice mixed (well not sure),.... incase if someone is capable of doing all these above mentioned i am highly sure that the person would gain extreme stamina..as well as loose weight alot....

yes , a brisk morning walk followed by yoga can help you maintain your body.drink a lot of water and have good 8 hours of sleep.

That true, although that kind of lifestyle is really hard to maintain, you need a lot of dicipline..especially for a couch potato like me... hope someday I'd be like you guys..to keep myself fit, strong and healthy
