Ok, this scrumdillyumptious breakfast recipe is just wonderful especially if you love banana nut bread. It's also another one of those "Semi Homemade" meals. Your favorite pancake mix should have directions for making waffles (usually have to add oil), make as directed. 1 banana, sliced 2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract 1 Tbsp. Dark Brown Sugar 1 - 1 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans or Walnuts Cinnamon to taste (I use around 1/4 tsp. Saigon Cinnamon, which is stronger than others) Add all ingredients into a medium bowl and with a hand mixer beat until banana is well blended. Remember to wait until the waffle iron is very hot, and don't forget to use some non-stick spray! Also, I'm not a professional recipe writer so forgive me if I didn't put things in the right order, or whatever. This is not a copied recipe, it is my own.

This sounds really yummy - I may have to try it if I can get someone to buy me a waffle iron for my birthday (it's on the wishlist). Thanks for sharing!

Yum! Sounds good! I have some bananas that are about ready to go bad, and I think that this would be a good way to use them up! Thanks!
