death penalty

i see that maryland is joining the 21st century by abolishing the death sentence when are the rest of you bloodthirsty americans going to do the same

Well I guess the rest of America will have lower taxes if they do kill prisoners as you don't have to pay for them to eat, be clothed, and kept warm etc. It would certainly help solve the prison overcrowding problem in this country.
