As an alternative to tanning in the sun or tannign beds, what about that spray tan thing you can do at the tanning salon? How does it look? How long does it last? How much does it cost versus tanning beds? I am very health conscious but also very pale. I don't really want to lay out and fry my skin causing tons of wrinkles and who knows, maybe even cancer in my future.

I think that if you are health conscious it is better to let your skin be natural. These sprays contain lots of chemicals and you don't know the affect on your body as everyone reacts differently to things. Love you body as it is and don't worry

Every ingredient is a chemical(salt, water, sugar etc..). There are many good synthetic ingredients and there are many bad natural ingredients and vice versa. Just because something is a man-made ingredient(controlled)doesn't make it worse than a natural(uncontrolled) ingredient, a lot of times they are better. Man-made ingredients have safety studies done on them, natural ingredients have much less studies if any done on them so you are going to have less info on effects, effectivness etc.... A lot more people have sensitivites to natural ingredients than synthetic. But if you are looking for a sunless spray tan solution I can tell you that Tampa Bay Tans solutions are 99% natural.
