I can't remember the member's name, spend 10 hours to do 50 posting yesterday. Yes!.... I don't have unfortunelly that much free time, I wish, I love to. How I can make a routine to do myLot discussions answering, add more friends, new discussions, find and add more pictures, find referrals, etc... with out spend 8-10 hours a day to do this? I wonder if is any "routine", so you can be more productive, so I can read more posting, answering, start new discussion.... to me right now is just a little earning and a lot's of time to look up people, answer.... How you doing your myLot?

Is this so? I hadn't realized that... I wondered how it worked.. I haven't got it all figured yet. I can't seem to make much $$... But some days I do, I wonder if it is like you say, and those are the days I am responding more... Thank you for the tip!

Hey friend, i also cant spend taht long time here, i hardly spends one or two hours on mylot per day, well for increasing money and star rating, keep posting quality response to discussion of your interest, respond only when you know something about those discussions, keep participating in discussion actively, morever keep uploading photos, which boost your earning, well best luck and happy earning!!!

I have to say that when I first started here I was really addicted and to spend a solid six hours was nothing for me. I once thought that I would try to do 100 posts and after eight hours I could just not go on anymore. I have since come up with a routine that works for me. I get up an hour earlier in the mornings and get on mylot. I will work for that hour solid, then wake the kids for school and start on my daily chores. In the evening after all is done I will give mylot another two hours before I go to bed. There have been a few times that there were so many decent discussions that I did spend a little more than my two hours. This routine seems to work well for me as I can usually get at least 20 posts done and if I don't have to spend a lot of time looking for a good discussion then I can get even more done. I have learned that I make more with responding to peoples posts and not starting so many discussions. Also when I upload pictures into my interests this helps to.

No offense but if someone chooses to spend a day on here it's there choice as many of us have others which involve the internet.
My routine is to go about my business and leave my friends on notify so i can reply to there discussion which i like. I do this while working as i do two jobs online, not like mylot. already have a part time job which puts to a nice ammount which adds up.
A routine would be good. One where i could get a bit extra, but basicly i'm going to keep what i'm doing as i'm personally happy and i'm not bothered about the ammount others choose.
Put your friends on notify. (each one)
If you have a houndred friends it cuts out searching time and you can still pop onto new discussions which is what i do.
Some people enjoy this site without the earnings factor, i also know people who don't leave other forums until they go to bed. nothing major =)
Kudos

i got an internet connection which is free during the night time. so i log on only in the night. this way i get only couple of hours to contribute to mylot. also i'm not very regular user of this site. i respond more to discussions than post new topics. but it takes a lot of time for me to search a topic where i can post responses. i've posted 30-40 responses once where i sat whole night focussing only on mylot. i think you should focus more on posting responses than on uploading images.

When I joined mylot i spent the first two days online trying to answer as many posts as i could to see how much i could earn and I tell ya, i was tired but i earned $1.73 in that time. After that, Its just been a couple of hours a day (if i have time) - i tend to neglect a lot things when im in here so i've decided that a couple of hours a day or every second day is enough for me.

Since i do most of my mylotting while i am at work and then i read and write a post here and there i donĀ“t really count the hours. Soemtimes at home i will sit down for an hour or 2, but there are so many other things to do at home that i almost never find the time !

I am unsure if I have a routine, I do come to myLot everyday, sometimes staying a few hours, sometimes a few minutes but I always come and look at my previous day's posting and rate them and then I always look at my friend's postings. Although some people on here are here to make the most and post the most discussions but to me it is more of a meeting place to discuss and enjoy each other postings. Take care

I don't spend that much time on mylot. Maybe an hr or 3 the worst now that I joined another site too. I only do 30 responses or less here, but used to post more when I first started. I got my invites from people by answering their discussions. I guess they like people who think alike and so I got to be their friends. Sometimes I just got it because some people live in the same area. I also answer my friends' questions and so their friends become mine too. Maybe you wnat to check out my profile and join the moneymaking sites there. Dormcheck is similar to this but you earn there faster and Colin the host is a really nice person.

10 hours here to post 50 messages? wow that is slow, mind you. Unless you write really really long posts. Anyway that depends on how fast you type and the inspiration you have that day. The few days i've spent so much time here i've been able to post up to 100 posts lol...but that only happened two days.

I would probably get bored spending more than an hour or two here. It's a few pennies a day at the rate I'm going, and it really doesn't matter to me - I'm not doing it or money. My routine is that this is the last site on my "list" of sites I check out, and however long I spend here is as much as I want/need in the evenings. I'm not militant about spending a certain amount of time here and just play around like I would at any other message board. We'll see if I ever make any "real" money from myLot though at this rate!

My kids and husband go to bed around 9 at night. I stay up til about 1 or 2 in the morning, and that's when I post on mylot. It works well, because I the time to focus and give quality responses, and it occupies my time and I'm earning a little bit too.

I joined three days ago, and I spent most of the day here on and off yesterday with it being a Sunday. I find sundays to be the most boring day of the week, and so I just sat online, surfed a little bit, posted quite a few responses and did a few bit and pieces in between.
I don't think a regular set routine would really work with MyLot because discussions change so often.
I just post to the top discussions of the day and anything else that catches my interest whilst I'm around.
I know that if I leave, that things will have changed when I get back so it's no biggie.
just do what you're doing now and enjoy it. Thats what MyLot is all about. Having discussions and having fun.

I'm not a routine person. I haven't time enough to be there, and there are days I can respond only a couple discussions. But I do my best to drop in every day (or almost every), just because it's so fun. I usually start with discussions my friends started, then check the discussions on my interests, and new user discussions also. In fact, I read much more than I type...

no even i cannot spend a lot of hours on mylot. when i started off with mylot, i managed to somehow spend about 5 hours and made the payout within days of joining. but with my full-time work it is getting a bit difficult to make any time for mylot. And when i am at home, my daughter demands so much attention that sometimes i dont log on to mylot for days. so if you can set a routine, and give out quality answers, start good discussions, and a stron referral base, can get you a lot of earnings here. all the best.

I am also concerned with how to use affectivle the time I spent in Mylot. Personally I do keep all my friends notification on. So, I can go through my inbox and I can find a lot of discussion to respond without spending time in searching discussions you can respond too. And the other benifit from this is that you know the quality of your friends and the chance of getting deleted those post is very less. I am saying it because we can see lots of people say they loose rating points because of the discussions get deleted where they respond to.

I don't spend a lot of time in myLot (have other things to do), but I think it's a great site, for fun, and for earning an extra income.
I think you could spend one hour a day answering to discussions (always "easy-to-answer" discussions, because you can't afford to waste time), ten minutes adding friends (everyone in the site), 20 minutes tagging discussions and half an hour inviting friends to join myLot (you can create a blog or website to get referrals).
Hope I was useful! I'm brazilian, so my English might be a little messed up, but I think you got the point.

I guess I'm kind of "hit and miss" with what I do. My routine is really no routine. I fit in a little in the a.m. when I get home from work, and a little after supper during the week. On the weekend, if nothing is going on, I get a little carried away (like last weekend). I get interested in reading discussions and comments, and sometimes don't do too many responses. It's just for fun, and it's pretty interesting most days.
