It's all kind of crappy and sad. But there's also areas where, down an alley and around a corner into a plaza, there's some little cafe. And how sad was it that I kept thinking, wouldn't it be cool if I walked into one of these empty cafes and, sitting in the back of the room, eating a bowl of noodles, was a drunken Jan Michael Vincent?
