My daughter just purchased a PSP entertainment pack. The screen has a small green dot on it when she turns it on and the dot stays there. Is this normal? Should I take it back?

I have one that also has the same problem. It does not seem to hurt game or movie performance though, so I don't worry about it. This is actually my second system - the first one that I bought was damaged in shipping and would not read the disks. I replaced it and they both have the same green dot on the right side of the screen. I wouldn't be too concerned as long as it does not interfear with watching the movies or playing the games.

ok when you buy your PSP, there is obviously a warrenty that comes with it. u can take the psp and everything in the box and return it to the store that u bought it from and exchange it. they, as in the store, will replace your psp with no charge just as long as you have your recipt and box and etc..hope that helps sorry for the double post
