Question about the PSP screen.

My daughter just purchased a PSP entertainment pack. The screen has a small green dot on it when she turns it on and the dot stays there. Is this normal? Should I take it back?

lilaznkid45 ok when you buy your PSP, there is obviously a warrenty that comes with it. u can take the psp and everything in the box and return it to the store that u bought it from and exchange it. they, as in the store, will replace your psp with no charge just as long...

my psp wont turm on, even i switch it on a green light signals and nothing happens, after a few seconds the green light turn off. what should i do? anybody help please!

lilaznkid45 the first thing u need to kno is that did u plug in your AC adapter while trying to turn on the PSP. u have to charge your PSP to the max if u want the have full use of the PSP's battery funcuality...sorry for spelling errors....use the adapter!
