I've only been a member of myLot for a few weeks now but during that time I have contacted myLot on two occassions and both time I have gotten a response back and the problem was taken care of.
I've been online working with probably hundreds of different programs and more times than not when I've contacted the staff of programs they never get back with me and never solve the problem.
I would like to commend the myLot staff for their great work. Thank you myLot staff, keep up the great work!
Would anyone else like to thank the staff or share stories of good experiences with myLot? Have you had bad experiences with other programs? Go ahead and vent but no need for specific names, just the situation.

Oh yes, the myLot admin is wonderful and doing a fabulous job. They respond where absolutely necessary and are on the supervision always. It feels good when the 'invisible hand' suddenly gets to work and everything is set right:) I personally haven't contacted myLot but they did contact me when my payment details were incomplete, before I was due for my first payment. I immediately updated the details and they responded thanking me for the same. It felt good and that's the first time I realized myLot is for real and not a scam. I've reported so many spammers and cheaters and myLot has been very quick in deleting the discussions. Their work is commendable and I feel pleased to be part of such a community.

Wow, that is very unusual, most would have just left it and when you didn't get paid you would be wondering where your money was at.

mylot is the first english forum i attend.because my english is poor,and i want to improve my english.inspite of hesitation,but i jion,and do my first english post.you know what? i reciveed 2 peply, i was so exciting,that encourged me greatly.today a mrmber add me to his friend list.i love mylot.give my thankful to every mylot member.

That is wonderful, I have heard/seen others who have said myLot has helped their English. Keep up the good work, I think you are doing great and I admire you - English is my only language.

I didn't have any problems 'till now, but from what I see here, what they've done with the design, arrangement and discussion rules. It's great! I admire them for the work they are doing, because to support a site with SO MANY members isn't easy AT ALL. To follow if the rules are in order and the discussions are good/bad/short etc.

hello Faith,yes I used to go to yahoo answers a lot,you don't get paid, but its just answering questions,and I really enjoyed being on there,however there were a lot of abusers and they never fixed the problem....I have also contacted mylot once and they also got back with me and seems the problem has been taken care of..I have only been a member here for just a few weeks also.I don't know how long this site has been on but i would like to know...I don't mean to bash yahoo answers because like i said i enjoyed going there and i do sometimes but hopefully they will fix their problems,everyone complains and they have lost a lot of members...I found out about this site from a yahoo answers member.He came on yahoo answers when everyone was complaining and ask us why we were putting up with the abuse and told us to come here to mylot.I notice there are several members that have moved to this site.I do hope mylot continues to be this good because i have enjoyed it here...

I would like to agree with you, it seems to me that this site is ran by people who really know what they are doing, and all correspondance is answered promptly and with courtesy.

Yes, totally agree with you. The staff of MyLot is working really well and they answer everytime to questions. I contacted them once and they answered to me in 24 hours. That's good because means that the site is good and people so is sure to have a respnse to the questions. I like MyLot.

i just love this site!!
they have paid me quite well!!
even i wud commend mylot staff for their good work!!
i have had a bad experience once.. i had spent the whole day in mylot and i got just 17 cents.. i was really disappointed tht day!!

so sad to hear that... But atleast we're enjoying here.. We discover some new things and gain more knowledge.. I also love this site.. I will be addicted to this site.. I dont care I have little earnings on my post as long as there is someone who respond to it.. And i love responding to each discussion.. Every moment is quite a happy moment

It is very annoying when we belong to programs, and we contact them to help us solve a problem and they never get back to us how rude, but I also noticed that when I contact mylot that they have answered me and I thank them for explaining my problem to me.

Oh yes, one time I belonged to a program and had reached payout ($50) and when I went to login I couldn't. I contacted the program a dozen times, even managed to track down a phone number (it was disconnected) a week or so later the program closed down, I was not only mad but very leary of other programs. One of the first things I did when I joined myLot was go looking for discussions on "payments" I found several who had been paid and even one that had a screen shot of their payment. Made me feel encouraged that mylot was ethical.

Yes faith ..they are to be commended. I haven't had as good a response as you but I found them to be courteous and frindly. I really appreciate that. I'm sure they get inundated with lots of ridiculous, messages and questions and they are doing things very professionally.

I would be curious to know just how many people there are on staff at myLot, I see we are now over 72,000 members. I try not to "bother" them too much but when I need to it's good to know they are there.

Hi. I'm glad you are enjoying yourself here at mylot. I like it here very well also. I am very pleased with the earnings and the friends I have met here along the way too. I have joined several programs in the past also that never respond to a question. That gets very frustrating and disappointing too. I would like to thank the staff for giving us an opportunity to meet new people and earn some cash while we do it too. I am glad that I was referred here.

Wow.. I've personally not found to answer emails I send. I have found a couple bugs and sent them a private message addressing it. Not once have I heard back...
Apart from that, they seem to be doing a good job. The bugs I told them about were quickly fixed; it would just be nice to get a quick reply back saying thanks for bringing this to our attention...

I joined MyLot just 5 days ago. So far I've had absolutely nothing to complain about. My earnings are going up and up each day and just yesterday I got my star, so I'm a happy bunny - although it did drop by a point today.
It's very reassuring to hear that the MyLot staff got back to you about the problems you had promptly, a good prompt reply always garners trust and shows that they do care. In return we keep posting discussions and replying to them.
I LOVE MyLot. It's a great place where I'm having a lot of fun and making new friends too.

I'm sure the mylot staff would be pleased to hear your comments. Your gratitude is nice. Have you ever wondered how many messages the mylot folks actually read. There is no way they could read them all, is there?

I don't imagine they read every post but they have got to have some way to track - when you look at all the different things they are keeping track of they have got to have a tremendous system "behind the scenes".

It has happened with me too. I have contacted mylot people regarding the payment methods and few other issues as i reside outside of USA. And know what i had received the responses so fast that i could hardly believe the responses actually came manually. The best part was i was totally convinced with their response.
Hats off to MyLot staff.

So far I didn't need to contact mylot admin but I can see they are doing good job in maintaining the site, with other programs/sites I always received replies, some where very helpful and prompt in solving any problem and/or providing help and others seem to just send a copy and paste response that doesn't always directly relate to my complaint, it takes long time to convince them that there's a problem and it's not just me unable to understand their "simple" instructions :)
From what I read around here, mylot admin is very helpful and understanding with all those who contacted them directly although sometimes blunt in deleting some discussions that doesn't really contain abuses.

I haven't had any bad experiences with mylot and so far I have only heard great stuff about them. They pay people when they are supposed to get to paid. Now I can add they answer concerns in a timely manner. Hats off to mylot for doing such good stuff for us!!!Do you think they will read this ?? lol

I haven't gotten paid yet but there's a message on my earnings page that says I will in March, little excited about it but not like it's a million dollars or anything. I'm just having fun and learning. As for if the staff will read this I can't imagine that they read every discussion but if they do "Hi mylot Staff, your doing a great job!" I did read someone posted that one time staff actually responded to a message and I think said they carried on conversation on the discussion. Haven't seen any sign of them here :(

Thanks to the staff and to those persons who work to mylot upgrade. I hope we will improve this site and make it every day better and more remunerative. If we work costantly we can make that staff pays us more :)

Same here! Mylot staff is great! Solves your problems and acctually sends you the money at the end of the month(I know this because my freind showed me. Even though iv only been here a couple of days I can say I love the peopel here, ther nice and freindly, I also love the staff they do a great job!

I know, I'm getting excited about seeing that first payment, as of right now it will be over $25, doesn't seem like much but it's just been so much fun earning it.
